How to update Email Templates in ToolsonCloud CRM?

If you are using Email Templates in ToolsonCloud CRM, you might require the need to update the content or subject line present in the email template.

If you want to update any email template, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your CRM account with ToolsonCloud credentials.
  2. On the top navbar, click on the “Email” link. This will navigate you to the Email management page.
  3. Locate the link titled “Email Templates” from the sidebar present on the left side.
  4. You will be able to view the list of available email templates which you or your team had added in the past.
  5. Locate the option dropdown button on the right end of each template. Clicking on the option button will display a list of options.
  6. Select “Edit Template” option. This will open a dialog box displaying the name of the template, email subject line as well as content which you can edit.
  7. Once you have updated the email content, you may click on the “Save Template” button.

Now your updated template is ready for sending mails.
