How to deactivate a Pipeline in ToolsonCloud CRM??

Overtime with CRM usage, you may end up having multiple sales pipelines. You may realize the need to consolidate certain pipelines or to remove old sales pipelines which are not being used currently.

In this case you can deactivate the sales pipeline which is not in use. This will ensure the deactivated pipeline will not appear in your Deal listing page.

To deactivate a pipeline in ToolsonCloud Sales CRM, you may follow these steps:

  • Login to your CRM account as an Admin user.
  • Click on the profile icon and then the “Settings” option from the menu on the top right corner of the navigation bar. This will navigate you to the settings page.
  • Navigate to the “Pipelines and Stages” page from the settings sidebar links.
  • In this page, you can view the list of pipelines created in your CRM by you and your team members.
  • Locate the pipeline which is not in use, which you would like to deactivate.
  • Click on the “Deactivate” option from the menu options in action button in order to deactivate the selected pipeline.

When you delete an existing pipeline. Existing deals which are tagged under this pipeline will not be impacted. They will remain hidden along with the Pipeline.
