How to manage CRM tasks on a Kanban board?

If you prefer to use Kanban board for tracking tasks in your team, then you can use Kanban view for managing tasks in your CRM.
To manage CRM tasks in Kanban view, follow these steps.

  • Login to ToolsonCloud CRM app and Click on "Tasks" link on the top navbar.
  • By default, you will be shown the list of tasks in List or Table view.
  • To switch to Kanban Board, Click on the "Kanban" icon displayed on the left side of the search bar.
  • In Kanban view, you shall be shown 3 stages to begin with.
    • Open
    • In Progress
    • Completed
  • You can create a new task from "Add Task" button on the top right corner.
  • To change the stage of any tasks you can just drag the task card and drop it over the updated stage of the task.
  • Note: On initial page load, the list of tasks in "Completed" stage shall be hidden for better performance.
